Warranty Service Management is designed to meet the requirement of manufacturers and distributors of appliances and equipment that needs to manage warranty that is being extended to their customers.
The system incorporates the functions of tracking the servicing (both under and after warranty) required by customers, deploy the most appropriate service engineers, monitor the cost of servicing provided both materials and labor, etc.
Benefits of the system include enabling client to identify potential equipment defects and monitor delinquent customers. Thereby enable them to take preventive and corrective actions.
Built based on Thin Client Software Architectural concept, the system is scalable from a single workstation/server to local network to wide area network via dial-up modem, lease line or Internet communication backbone.
